- How long does it take to receive my item?
Free shipping within the United States. It generally takes about 2 working days for order processing and preparation, and the shipping time is usually within 7-11 days.

- What is your return policy?
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just let us know within 30 days. We’ll be happy to refund your money, no questions asked. Please see our return policy for details. The return period is generally 14-30 days
Return Policy
We adore our Royal Aesthetics customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us!
At this time Royal Aesthetics does not offer exchanges, however we will gladly accept your returned styling tool within 30 days from date of shipping. International Returns are not accepted at this time. There is a flat fee of $8.50 for the return label.
- Ready to get your return started? It’s easy – just contact us via Email service@royalmibella.club .
- You’ll be provided with a list of UPS Drop Off Locations in your area. Don’t see one close to you? No problem, just select “Proceed without selecting a drop-off location” to continue.
- Once you review and agree to the Estimated Refund amount, the number of items being returned, and the return shipping method, hit the “Submit My Return” button. You’ll get a confirmation email soon after with the next steps for your return.
- Your refund should hit your original payment method within 5 business days from the date the carrier receives your return. However, mark this down: The original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the estimated refund along with the cost of the return shipping label, and the tax refund will be based on the tool being returned.
- We hope this makes the whole return process super-simple for you!

- Any item marked as final sale
- Items outside of Original Packaging
- Defective/Damage Items (Items must be in good condition and with original packaging)
Please note that if you send a hair care product back, you will only be refunded for the tool(s) included. Hair Care Products & Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Free items or orders that were purchased with a free item discount code, are considered final sale. We may allow a return of a purchased tool within this order, exclusively for Store Credit. Refunds will not be issued for this.
- Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled within our system. If you are unhappy with an item in your order or changed your mind, please reach out to our customer support team and they will work with you to allow a return and refund you for your order. If the item was listed as final sale, it cannot be returned.
- What shipping options do you offer?
All orders are able to be shipped by standard shipping. Some orders may be able to be shipped Standard Shipping, UPS ground or UPS Second Day. Shipping rates for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and your shipping address.
- Does THE Royal Aesthetics pay for return shipping?
THE Royal Aesthetics does not cover the cost of return shipping.
- Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address.

If you’re waiting for an order, please check the link in your shipping confirmation email for its current status. Please note, we are experiencing issues with our FedEx tracking numbers saying delivered or stuck pending, when in reality the package is still in transit to the destination. We understand this can be confusing and apologize for the inconvenience. If you would, please allow a few more days for the package to arrive at your address before contacting us.
